Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

We're here to help.

WIC is a federally funded nutrition program for Women, Infants, and Children. Gadsden WIC provides the following at no cost: healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and community referrals as needed. 

It’s easy to apply.

Simply call us at 850-875-7200 option 2 or email gadsdenwic@flhealth.gov to schedule your appointment today. APPOINTMENTS are REQUIRED (no walk-ins accepted).

Our WIC office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Who can receive WIC benefits?

  • Women who are pregnant, recently postpartum or breastfeeding
  • Infants
  • Children up to 5 years
